These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the “JetTIPID” Discount Card (“Discount Card”) program operated by Jetti Petroleum Inc., located at Jetti Business Center Macapagal Boulevard, CBP1-A, Pasay City, 1308 Philippines. By registering for and using the Discount Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Discount Card program.
1. Eligibility and Registration
1.1. The Discount Card program is available to individuals who register in our respective nominated stations.
1.2. By registering for the Discount Card, you affirm that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.
2. Discount Benefits
2.1. Registered users of the Discount Card will have access to exclusive discounts and promotions offered by Jetti Petroleum Inc. or their participating merchants and partner.
2.2. The discounts and promotions may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Use of the Discount Card
3.1. The Discount Card is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered account holder.
3.2. The Discount Card may not be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions, unless explicitly stated by the participating merchant.
4. Account Deactivation and Appropriate Actions
4.1. Jetti Petroleum Inc. reserves the right to deactivate or suspend any user account in its sole discretion if there is a violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the Discount Card program.
4.2. In the event of account deactivation, the user will lose access to the Discount Card program and any associated benefits.
5. Changes to Terms and Program
5.1. Jetti Petroleum Inc. may modify, suspend, or terminate the Discount Card program, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice.
5.2. Continued use of the Discount Card program after such changes will constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. The Discount Card program is provided “as is” and Jetti Petroleum Inc. makes no warranties or representations regarding the availability of discounts or the accuracy of information provided by participating merchants.
6.2. Jetti Petroleum Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Discount Card program.
7. Governing Law
7.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By registering for and using the Discount Card, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
