With 11 years of experience in the field of Real Estate expansion and Tenant relations, Ken has worked with various companies in the field of Retail and Petroleum.
Ken will be leading the Leasing department in the acquisition and retention of Tenants for Jetti stations
With over 20 years of work experience in the commercial leasing and retail trade focusing on the business growth, tracking new markets, building new and sustainable client partnerships, space planning & management of contracts. Lee played a vital role in the opening of multiple stores handling commercial spaces of Rustans supermarket, Shopwise and Welcome in key areas of Metro Manila, Central Visayas and Northern Mindanao. She worked in various companies such as Megaworld Corporation, Eastwood Property Holdings Inc. and Cabalen Group of Companies. Lee will help in acquiring new Locators for Jetti’s retail properties.
Robinson Baena started his career as Power Plant Superintendent of Monark Equipment Corporation (Caterpillar Dealer) to a world-leading Lubricant brand (ExxonMobil) as head of Marine and Aviation Technical Manager.
He also serves as President of Transpartner Shipping and Marine Services, Vice-President for operations in Palawan Power Generation Inc., and Marine Technical Superintendent of Moreta Shipping Lines Inc.
He also worked with PTT Philippines Corporation as Commercial Fuel & Lubes Manager.
He now heads the Technical and Sales team of our Lubricants business. With his vast experience in Energy, Petroleum, Shipping, and management of various companies, Benson will be the anchor of our Lubricants business.
Rolly Zubiri (RVZ) is our Senior HR Manager of Human Resources. He graduated from the University of Santo Tomas (UST) with a degree in BS Psychology.
Rolly has more than 14 years of experience doing strategic Human Resources and Project Management in various industries such as Oil & Gas, Banking, Life Insurance, and Hospitality.
He was part of Petron’s project team that was sent to Malaysia to set up the company’s first off-shore operations and led the HR digitalization initiatives with Metrobank and EastWest Ageas Life Insurance.
With Jetti, Rolly handles Total Rewards, Payroll, and Organizational Development.
Kevin Vargas is the HR Manager for Jetti Petroleum, Inc. He graduated from UST in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
Kevin is an experienced HR professional with a demonstrated history of working with diversified groups of individuals in different industries such as (IT/BPO, Hospitality, FMCG, Real Estate, Logistics).
He has a strong background in Talent Acquisition, Labor/Employee Relations, Legal Compliance, and Compensation & Benefits. For the most part of his career, he worked for San Miguel Group handling different facets of Human Resources.
He was also part of the pre-opening team of Okada Manila that hired thousands of employees and was involved in the setup of its policies.
Kevin was instrumental in finalizing SMC’s Big/Small Brother initiative with DOLE which enabled SMC’s third-party contractors to be fully compliant with labor regulations.
With Jetti, Kevin handles Employee/Labor Relations and Compliance.
An experienced marketing professional of more than 20 years, Francis worked for big brands like Globe Telecommunications, global brands such as PT Kapal Api Global (Indonesian food and beverage company), and retail gas companies with the likes of Caltex Philippines (now Chevron), Phoenix Petroleum, and Unioil Petroleum, where he was recently its Brand Manager for its automotive oil lubricants.
Initially hired to be part of Jetti Lubricants Philippines, he will now be taking a larger role in handling all marketing activities of Jetti Petroleum.
Handling engineering concerns for over 27 years for a retail gas company, Fitzgerald Chua will be heading the reformed Engineering group for Jetti Petroleum.
Much of his experience is with Caltex Philippines (now Chevron), managing and supervising construction and maintenance work in retail service stations and terminals for the industry leader.
He has handled major and big-ticket projects in his experience, all to further improve Company operations and to ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
Starting out her career as an Executive Assistant for industrial gas and gas distribution companies, Ms. Rea Padaoan became a Business Development and Sales professional, handling sales analysis, supply and importation, and product solutions for six of her 11-year experience with Liquigaz Philippines.
Initially hired as Corporate Affairs Manager to handle government relations and liaisons for Jetti Petroleum Inc., she was later transferred after two years to her role as the Commercial and Industrial Sales Manager.
Under the new organization, she will lead the expanding Commercial Fuel Sales group, in charge of hitting targets of our depots and terminals across the Philippines.
A licensed Mechanical Engineer, Arlito Perez is a seasoned professional in the transport and retail gas industries, working with Caltex Philippines (now Chevron) for 21 years, with the first half focused on retail sales while the other on learning and development.
Currently the managing consultant of ADP Management and Business Consultancy Services, he served as the President and COO of two placement companies namely: Ventureslink Management Solutions and Channel International.
He will be handling Retail Operations, in which he will be focused not just on boosting our sales and presence across the Philippines but also on instilling and inculcating the Jetti retail operating standards among our forecourt teams under his leadership.
With his almost 40 years of experience in handling terminal operations and engineering for various retail and industrial gas companies, Eric will be spearheading the management of our growing numbers of terminals and depots in the country.
Prior to Jetti Petroleum, he worked with industry giants such as Caltex Philippines (now Chevron) for 28 years, Chemoil Energy for two years, and Phoenix Petroleum for six years.
With him at the helm, the Terminal Operations group will focus on improving their service with our retail partners to better improve the Company’s position in the market.
In his more than 30 years of experience with the retail gas industry, Ronnie is not new to the operations of a company like Jetti Petroleum.
He handled roles in operations and network planning with Caltex Philippines (now Chevron) before moving to Petron Corporation as its Senior Manager for Network Development and Expansion, contributing to growing one of the industry giants.
He’s part of an investment consultancy group Gerson Lehrman, and will concurrently assist our Network Development group in further expanding our station locations in the country.
A tenured employee of the Company, Ms. Vanessa Lamsen has worked with Jetti Petroleum, her first company ever since, for more than 15 years.
She started as an accounting assistant for nine years, managing accounts payables and general accounting concerns, before becoming its Finance Officer by 2015 – expanding her role and responsibilities in the organization.
Aside from providing advice on finance and treasury concerns, she will be monitoring and managing the Company’s relationship with banks, cash flow and forecasting, as well as the capital to maintain its financial stability.
An accounting professional of 18 years, Ms. Jocelyn Mangcupang has worked with various firms which she carried when she became part of the Company.
Prior to being part of Jetti Petroleum as a General Accountant a few years ago, she has worked with various industries, especially accounting and auditing firms such as Sison Corillo Parone & Co. and Millenium Business Services where she honed her skills in financial accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, and payroll, among others.
Her focus will be on ensuring our books are well-accounted, from tax compliance, financial statements, and financial analysis and reporting.
Oliver Lim has been in the IT industry for almost 10 years mainly focused on simple to Omnichannel implementations, as well as End to End Solutions.
He specializes in system: theory, design, application, integration and strategy, as well as product technology research and development; This led Oliver to pioneer several digital transformation solutions for companies such as San Miguel Corporation, St. Luke’s Medical Center, Smart Communications Inc. and the Primer Group of Companies.
In 2019 he spearheaded the Point of Sale installation and implementation across all Jetti stations nationwide.
He now leads the Jetti IT Development team forward in the company’s digital migration.
Mike Labustro is a graduate of BS Accountancy from the Osmeña Colleges in Masbate City. He worked in Microfinance Bank as a Financial Accounting for five years.
He also worked for Allied Savings Bank as an Accountant in the Loans Department for two years.
Michael is currently working for Jetti Petroleum as an Accounting Specialist for nine (9) years.
An advertising and marketing professional of almost 30 years, Mr. Virgilio Montinola has extensive experience with both creative and brand management with local and international media companies alike.
He began his journey with Resource Ads and J. Romero & Associates, then with Sky Cable and ABS-CBN Interactive to Bates / Tuesday Licensing Inc., where he focused on consumer licensing and brand activations for Southeast Asia.
Since 2011, he has been a consultant to various companies in different industries, one of which is Jetti Petroleum.
His group takes on the role of building the company’s momentum in connecting to the trade, the consumers, and improving our relationships with stakeholders and the market.
Ms. Kashmer Narciso is a licensed broker and a member of national organizations. She is an accomplished real estate professional.
Prior to being a part of Jetti Family, she has been handling roles in this field, with her most recent as the Vice President for Operations for North Luzon for Highwoods Realty, considered one of the most respected property companies in the country.
She then became part of Jetti Petroleum’s Network Development team which further helped with the expansion of the brand across the nation.
As the Real Estate Manager, she will now be handling contracts and transactions for the Company’s properties, ensuring reasonable and fair prices for its land assets.
Michael Bernales is an IT expert of 12 years with a solid background in hardware and software management, network infrastructure and administration, POS administration and operations, business continuity, and information technology policies.
Prior to his current role, he was part of the hospitality industry, assisting and leading full technology preparation, set-up, and implementation during the pre-opening stage, as well as maintenance of these systems.
With his role at the Company at the helm of IT, he continues to provide business solutions and troubleshooting assistance to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the employees in the performance of their roles.
Helvie Collado has been with the company for more than 13 years. She first joined Jetti Petroleum to address the concerns of retail stations in support of the Sales and Marketing team.
Her calm demeanor and meticulous attention to detail put her in the position to meet the company’s stakeholders and government concerns on behalf of the company, where she maintains good standing in the industry and strengthens the business in making sure of its compliances at every turn.
She continues to be an integral part of the Company’s forward movement in managing government relations.
JM Relosa is our Chief Human Resources Officer for the Jetti group.
He graduated from San Beda University in 2003 with degrees/majors in Philosophy and Human Resources Development. With over 19 years of professional experience in different companies and industries, he brings a wealth of expertise and thought leadership in many aspects of colleague strategy including Human Resources, Learning & Development, Competency Design & Management, Change Management, Project Management, Organization Development, Performance Management, Learning Events Management, and, Online Systems Implementations.
He has worked in various companies such as IBM, MERALCO, BPI, San Miguel Telecomms, Metrobank, and other industries in the field of outsourcing, energy, mining, hospitality, and medical/healthcare.
In Jetti, JM brings his strategic expertise, leading our Human Resources division.
Mr. Joel Dungo Aguilar is the founder of Jetti Petroleum Inc. way back when the oil deregulation law was implemented in 1998. Since then, he has been at the helm of the company growing it from being a small oil trader to being one of the major independent oil players in the Philippines with an extensive logistical backbone and network of stations that spans the entire archipelago.
Previously, Mr. Joel Aguilar held the position of Treasurer, and as such has been the strategist and at the forefront of various initiatives in streamlining company operations from supply to commercial and retail sales. As Treasurer, he forged strong relationships with suppliers and banks.
Now as Chairman of the Board and CEO, Joel Aguilar is at the helm of a much bigger organization that will handle all the aspects of company operations in the entire Philippines at a much bigger scale.
Joel finished Marketing, Ateneo Graduate School, 1994; Basic Management Program, Asian Institute of Management, 1992; BS Commerce, Major in Business Administration, Maryknoll College, 1985-90; Claret School, 1980-84; Treasurer and Chief Finance Officer of Jetti from 1998 to 2019; Co-founder of Jetti in 1998; Family business involved rice milling and trading.
Mr. Jorge Aguilar is concurrently President of JD Aguilar Commercial and La Salle Tech Academy in the hometown of the Aguilars, in San Leonardo, Nueva Ecija. JD Aguilar Commercial is a family business that operates three (3) rice mills in Nueva Ecija.
As president of a company that is engaged in rice milling, Jorge has innovated in bringing to market branded high-quality rice. As president of a school, he is making available to his hometown, quality education.
He finished Computer Management at De la Salle University in 1992 and also studied at Claret School from 1984 to 1988.
As one of the first employees of Jetti Petroleum, Ms. Marivic Quinagoran has been part of the Company’s successes and struggles for the past 23 years.
Marivic started working with one of Shell Pilipinas’s retail stations, becoming immersed in operations as its cashier and administrative officer, and station manager, before moving to the new firm.
As the Finance and Accounting Head since its opening, she has managed its finance and accounting divisions, working together with the Company’s various departments and affiliates through the years.
With her new role, she will continue the supervision of her current teams while also firming up its services by consolidating other groups under her wing and improving financial strategy for continued growth.
President Leo P. Bellas is a licensed Mechanical Engineer. He is a veteran in the petroleum industry with more than 25 years of experience tucked under his belt.
His knowledge in fuel, lubricants sales, and technical services helped grow the markets of Caltex Philippines (now Chevron) and Subic Bay Distribution (now PTT Philippines).
In 2005, he led Jetti Petroleum’s Sales team and oversaw Corporate Affairs prior to being appointed President in 2017.
He continues to serve as the President of the Company, ensuring that Jetti Petroleum remains focused on providing quality fuels, admirable customer service, and good standing relations with stakeholders.
Mr. Bonifacio “Boni” de Jesus is concurrently the Financial Advisor of Jetti Petroleum Inc.
As such, he provides financial advice on major expansion plans that need funding and assists in securing bank funding for both CAPEX and working capital needs.
He likewise acts as liaison with banks, seeing to it that there is a continuous flow of funding and where needed, acts as a trouble shooter.
Boni graduated BSCHE from Mapua Institute of Technology; took up MBA at Ateneo Graduate School of Business, worked for several finance and real estate companies for 12 years, and then founded his own financial consultancy company, LTL Consultants.
Atty. Constantino Drio is the Legal Counsel of Jetti Petroleum, Inc.
He’s a graduate of Business Administration Major in Accounting from the Philippine Christian University in 1992, and got his Law Degree in St. Dominic Savio Colleges in Caloocan City.
He’s in top 18 in the 1993 CPA Board Exam. He got his MBA Degree from the National College of Business and Arts in 2005.
Atty. Ton recently got his PhD Degree of Doctor in Philosophy in Leadership and Management from the Asia Pacific College of Theology, Inc. in Bacoor Cavite last 2021.
Today, Atty. Ton is the Chief Legal Officer and CFO of PS 73 Enterprises since 2016, The resident agent of Botique Outsource Solutions Pty Ltd – Philippine Branch in Clark Angeles City Pampanga, a Legal Consultant and Director of Padlock Hauling Services and Jetti Petroleum Inc.
He also teaches as Law Professor in St. Dominic Savio College of Law, and Philippine Christian University.
As the youngest member of the board of directors of Jetti Petroleum Inc, Ms. Marjan Garcia has shown her versatility in the experience she brought to the company.
She started her career as an accounting officer for Jetti’s logistical land transport division by managing their monthly budgets and analyzing their financial activities.
As she continues her service with Jetti Petroleum Inc, she became the Corporate Secretary of the company.
Being acquainted with finance and accounting for more than five (5) years, she currently leads the finance and accounting team of Jetti’s International Shipping division while performing her role as the corporate secretary of Jetti.
